Stockist Terms & Pricing

• Opening Order Requirement: The minimum stockist order is $300 NZD per order (including repeat orders), calculated on the stockist pricing total. You can mix and match products to reach this minimum – for example: decals, magnets, stickers, plush keepsakes, etc.
  Books are separate and available as bulk buy only, as they are sourced via a third-party.
• Stockist Pricing: Stockist pricing is typically 20–25% below recommended retail price (RRP), across all eligible products. Applies to full-priced items only; sale items, promotions, bundles, and books from Lulu Publishing are excluded and don’t count toward the $300 minimum.
• Payment Terms: All stockist orders require full payment upfront. Once payment is received, production or packing will begin, and your order will be dispatched based on the timeline provided. An invoice will be issued upon order confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Because many of my products are handmade, production and delivery times can vary. For most retail stockist orders, expect a production time of 14 to 30 business days. If you’re on a tight deadline, rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Retailer and will be added to your final invoice. All orders will be shipped via tracked courier.
