Please allow 1 – 14 days for delivery within New Zealand and longer for Australia. Although an item is often couriered/tracked and has next day delivery these delivery times are out of my control once item has been posted. Please note I offer collection/pick up from my office in Luggate, Tuesday through Thursday. You can select ‘To Be Arranged/Pick Up’ as your shipping option, and we’ll alert you when the order is ready to be picked up.

All orders are delivered using NZ Post courier or postal services. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped that will include the Track & Trace reference number for your parcel (if applicable). You can track delivery by clicking on the tracking number in the email.

Delivery Charges:

We try to keep our postage rates as current as possible and aligned with NZ Post current rates. Items delivery charges vary on size & weight. Please note: rural deliveries incur an additional fee which is automatically calculated at check-out. Current rates as of July 2024 are detailed below:

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, if sold, downloadable products, custom or personalised items are exempt from being returned.

Please read our product descriptions regarding size and materials carefully. We endeavour to provide an excellent description of each product, and do not accept returns for change of heart or if items do not fit.

We accept full responsibility for flawed products and will replace or refund you in these cases. All sales are final. Most items in the online store are handmade with exception of the blank apparel which is sourced from a third-party provider in New Zealand.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Any applicable health and personal care items
  • Custom or personalised items/products (including decals)
  • On Sale items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use or that are opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.


We are a small business and post parcels on a weekly basis (usually Thursday). Often your items will be packed with recycled materials. I currently ship within New Zealand and to Australia. I am a very small business, and the unpredictability of the international mail service now has made it too highly priced to ship at our expense. If you are located internationally, please contact me for a quote for shipping estimates.

If the parcel is returned to us due to customer address error, in good condition with the product intact, we will ship it again to you for the additional cost of second postage.

If the parcel is not returned to us, you are welcome to re-order, but we cannot issue you a refund as we have lost stock due to customer and postal error. We do not accept liability or responsibility for any postal service errors including lost or damaged parcels.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to us at the address supplied upon correspondence.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
