1. Select from above how many pets you would like illustrated in one drawing. Choose print type, and upload a clear photo of your pet.
2. Add to cart, and continue to check-out
3. After purchasing, if you have additional photos, email them to alana@4amstudio.co.nz – (they don’t all have to be in the same photo) make sure to include any distinguishing features you don’t want to miss in the illustration.
4. If you have preferred colour schemes in mind please also add this to the email with photos.

:::::::::::: Once order is placed ::::::::::::

I will draw up the illustration and the first proof will be sent via email approximately 1 – 14 business days after receiving the reference photos and information (please allow extra time over holidays). You can then let me know if you would like any changes (this is the one (1) free revision included in price)
You will receive one (1) free revision with each purchase, but any further revisions will raise an additional fee. Please note, a new pet or major changes to the figure/s is not classed as a revision. Any changes/revisions AFTER drawings have been approved will also incur another transaction.
Once you are happy with your portrait, I will email you the final files and you will have a beautiful personalised and custom piece of artwork to print off at home or at your local print shop! If you would like a physical print arranged, please let me know.

• 1 x A5 (148 × 210 mm) PDF DIGITAL FILE
• 1 x A5 (148 × 210 mm) JPEG DIGITAL FILE
• 1 x Square (1200 x 1200 px) PNG (not transparent) DIGITAL FILE
• Art Print (A5, A4, or A3) – only if selected.

You will receive one (1) free revision with each purchase, but any further revisions will incur an additional fee. Please note, a new addition or major changes to the figure/s is not classed as a revision. Any changes/revisions AFTER drawings have been approved will also incur another transaction.

:::::::::::: Rush orders ::::::::::::

Yes, we can do rush orders, however ‘rush fee/s’ will apply. We are unable to do ‘rush orders’ on printed products due to the time constraints and delivery ‘unknowns’.

:::::::::::: Returns, Refunds ::::::::::::

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on custom and personalised items or if you have a change of heart.

:::::::::::: Terms ::::::::::::

Certain colour/s may appear slightly different in print and in person compared to the computer monitor and may not come out the same every time if it is printed.
All custom/commission/portrait illustrations are for personal/non-commercial use only. Each illustration will have a small 4am Studio ‘signature’/logo on it.
