You choose the size, colour, what you want your shirt to say and how many you need. The physical product arrives to you, ready to wear.

Your order will include your custom apparel and a digital (PDF) instruction guide on how to best care for your new clothing.

::Please note:: the pricing is for a 1 – 2 coloured designs only. If you want a multi-coloured, image/symbol or larger print design, please contact us prior to placing your order. We reserve the right to reject a design, and refund you if your design exceeds 2 colours, is too small or detailed to cut or is a copyrighted design. All designs use HTV (heat transfer vinyl) application and are individually cut.

:::::::::::: Design Limits, Fonts & Sizing ::::::::::::

The size of the custom text/design is limited on all sized t-shirts to:

• 210 (w) x 197 (h) mm for adult sized front and/or back placement,
• 180 (w) x 130 (h) mm for youth sized front and/or back placement
• 100 x 100mm for toddler sized front and/or back placement.
• This means that the same size design will be applied on a 5xl, as it does on an XL.

An estimated 2 – 30 characters (spaces included) preferred. (If your custom text exceeds the maximum number of characters massively, you will be contacted and asked to edit your text or to add-on to your purchase.)

:::::::::::: Design layout ::::::::::::
The number of characters in the wording will determine the individual letter size, your text may run over two or three lines and become a ‘stacked’ design. Please contact me if you have any questions.

:::::::::::: Revision/s ::::::::::::
Limited to one revision per t-shirt. Please message me if you wish to have a digital sample sent to you prior to printing. Any additional revisions will incur a fee.

:::::::::::: The important stuff ::::::::::::
Sizes of personalisation are an approximate and may vary slightly due to wording, fonts and layout. Sizes of clothing are approximate/estimated according to the third-party suppliers. Certain colour/s may appear slightly different in print and in person compared to the computer monitor and may not come out the same every time it is printed. We are unable to refund, provide warranty or guarantee that the personalised clothing you purchase will not fade, crack or peel as often this comes down to user wear, external elements and care of the product. The lifespan of vinyl can vary, depending on how well it’s maintained over the years, the brand, type and external conditions. Personalised clothing is not suitable for extreme heat. :::::::::::: Back-order-Preorder & Mailing Information ::::::::::::

Because we take backorder/preorders for our apparel, you won’t receive your items until 2 – 14 business days after your purchase date. (this estimate is dependent on third party suppliers, courier times etc.). Due to the nature of our small studio, we do not have clothing in stock, and this is ordered through a third party supplier, and then printed.

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on custom and personalised items, change of heart or if items do not fit.
