The design files are digital files only, that can be used in Illustrator, Photoshop, Silhouette, Cricut and other programmes. No physical tangible items will be sent/shipped. Current turnaround time: approx. 1 – 3 business days (please allow extra time over holidays). Hand drawn original artwork designed in New Zealand. Most designs are intended to be cut as a one-layer/colour cut. Gradient colours shown in images are intended for DIRECT TO GARMENT print only and are included ONLY as a PNG file (digital print/sublimation/screen printing/supacolour transfers). All other design files are supplied in black. You are responsible for knowing what files are compatible with your machine software, but if my files do not work for your compatible machine for any reason, please contact me for help and I will be happy to assist if I can!

Printed colours may differ slightly to what is shown on screen. As this is a digital download product, no refunds can be given if it is determined the files are not compatible with your software. Please research what file types work with your software before purchasing as we are unable to assist with troubleshooting in third party programmes/software and/or machinery.

This item sold is for personal and non-profit use only. You may not sell, copy, reproduce, share, gift or transfer any of the files to a third-party. This includes the designs as a whole or parts of the design/s. Uploading these designs and files to print on demand (POD) websites such as Red Bubble, Zazzle, Printify etc. is not authorised. To sell physical items made with this design you are required to purchase a commercial use license (upgrade when checking out). You may NOT use the design file for branding or marketing collateral (physical or digital) for any business/es.

Two Options available: Commercial Use License – 1 license 1 design, 100 uses // Commercial Use License – 1 license 1 design, 200 uses. If you require an additional license to create more than this, please reach out to me.

If you intend to use a design file to sell handmade products that incorporate 4am Studio design/s, then you need a COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE. A commercial use license allows small business owners to sell items made with 4am Studio design(s). Commercial use licenses can only be purchased at time of purchasing the design file (when checking out). Purchasing commercial licensing with the intent to apply it to future design purchases is not permitted. You must agree to the terms of use when purchasing this license.

For each design you intend to use for commercial use, you will need to buy a commercial use license. (ex. three designs you need to purchase three licenses).

By purchasing commercial use license/s for design files you are agreeing to the following terms of use –

  • You can use the design you have purchased along with the commercial use license to sell items made with this design up to 100/200 times, depending on license variable purchased.
  • You can make t-shirts, mugs, or any physical item ONLY made with this design.
  • You can NOT sell the actual digital design files in any digital format. Commercial use license/s allow to sell physical goods only.

  • You can NOT sell designs as transfers or sublimations.
  • You can NOT upload our files to any file sharing websites for any reason.
  • You can NOT claim the design file as your own. Altering this design file, cut the designs apart and piece them together to create new designs, in any way does not make it yours, and does NOT give you the right to use as your own.
  • You may NOT use them on website pages without protecting the image from being copied.
  • All designs hand illustrated and created by 4am Studio, designs that include cartoons and familiar characters are all created from scratch.
  • 4am Studio is NOT responsible for trademark violations if you purchase and sell a phrase which is trademarked in the category in which you are selling it. We advise you to properly and thoroughly research trademarks.
